April 22 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on 2Chronicles 12-15 Key Verse – 2Chronicles 12:6-7 Whereupon the princes of Israel and the king humbled themselves; and they said, The LORD is righteous. And when the LORD saw that they humbled themselves, the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah, saying, They have humbled themselves; therefore I will not destroy them, but I will grant them some deliverance; and my wrath shall not be poured out upon Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak. LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY HUMILITY’S RIGHTEOUSNESS Lord God, You are my humility’s Righteousness through Your divine law Thank You for forgiving my confessed transgression of sinful flaw Forming me around Your love as my heart to Your grace You draw Fixing me by Your holiness against wickedness-claw. Lord God, You are my humility’s Righteousness through Your deliverance Thank You for framing my service upon Your assurance Fetching me toward Your heavenly treasures’ insurance Finding me then leading me to ministerial endeavor of joyful endurance. Lord God, You are my humility’s Righteousness through Your reign Thank You for fighting my battle upon Your covenant-gain Firming me up strongly against worldly materialism so vain Freeing me from chains of covetousness and arrogance-strain. Lord God, You are my humility’s Righteousness through Your sacrifice Thank You for fortifying my faith as for You I daily rise Feeding me with Your precepts’ nutrients of precious wisdom’s price Feasting with me by Your offered fellowship along Your truth’s advice. Lord God, You are my humility’s Righteousness through Your goodness Thank You for furthering my dedication with Your commandments’ greatness Flaming me by Your revival toward stewardship faithfulness Favoring me along Your loving kindness and graciousness. Lord God, You are my humility’s Righteousness through Your valour Thank You for flexing my will to submit to Your leadership’s ardour Fitting me to Your service against spoiling discouragement’s rigour Filling me with Your abundance of caring fervour. Lord God, You are my humility’s Righteousness through Your teaching Thank You for flowing over my heart with Your compassion that’s enriching Following me up to rejoice in You midst my discipleship You keep on stretching Fencing me around Your Word by Scriptural preaching.
