Poem
No one can resist pains
    When the heart is full to bursting  
            because of  dialemmas. 
      Tears expose whatever bottling 
                    For some Years.

When you see a man crying in front of his 
Children and wife due to  the overload 
Of catch-22s
Don't take his cries for granted.
Some people are silently
       dying 
             while 
                  walking     
                       on the streets, 
                             and  sailing 
                                 on the waters. 
When you will witness your wife  screaming 
For pain while pushing the baby , you will end up crying 
Due to combination
              of different 
                emotions ...
                     Sad,  
                           Fear,  
                                  Pain,
                                    Stress,
                                       Confussion, 
                                             Depression.
Yooh! One day  I saw my sister screaming for pains
 the whole day , I was so sad and litle curious 
To know about the origin of that problem. 
Then my mum doubted to tell me that it was 
menstrual pain.

When I grew up and witnessed my girl friend  
crying like a baby due to same situation. 
Then I started  understanding 
The challenges of more women in this world. 
Sometimes the other gender suffering 
                 Silently,   thinking  of  being   
                 Sabotaged or  ignored 
                         By some men. 
As a young minister in a foreign country 
Who became the best friend of some old women 
And children, It was mostly 
          Emotional...
          Happiness,
   Love, Peace,Joyce
        Sad and Pain.
One day ,I visited one circumcision traditional initiating  school and saw how majority 
Of trainees were screaming while the trainers were  changing  the  bandishes 
On their wounds in the lake. 
Yooh! Sorrowful , that manhood is painful and helpful 
majority of African young men don't boycott it as
 it is obligatory in many tribes. 
     Even our  Lord  Christ Jesus 
     screamed and cried for pains, 
     Because the word become flesh
     And lived among people. 
Pain kills and there are not pain killer tablets 
Which can help when chronic pain is affecting 
 A person morally , physically and  spiritually. 
I have witnessed many suicide actions due to chronic pains. 
Word of God and prayers help a lot the victims of chronic pain.
