April 3 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on 1Kings 20-22

Key Verse –1Kings 20:13 And, behold, there came a prophet unto Ahab king of Israel, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou seen all this great multitude? behold, I will deliver it into thine hand this day; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.

LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY DELIVERANCE-GREATNESS
				
Lord God, You are my deliverance-Greatness 
Who enables me to remain peaceful
Thank You that You strengthen me to be faithful
With Your stewardship-call for my being dutiful
Let me always obey You in my willingness so purposeful.

Lord God, You are my deliverance-Greatness 
Who wants me to look pleasant
Thank You that You see to it that I become Your Bible-braced servant
With Your girding harness of sin-forgiveness You mercifully grant
Let me always follow Your precepts, immutably constant.

Lord God, You are my deliverance-Greatness 
Who leads me to walk in Your light
Thank You that You correct me by Your compassion’s might
With Your warning words stirring my guilt-stricken fright
Let me always abide in Your will to conquer carnality’s height.

Lord God, You are my deliverance-Greatness 
Who upholds me in Your given inheritance
Thank You that You govern me in Your kingdom’s assistance
With Your constraining love I experience in every instance
Let me always submit to You in my faith-building pursuits without resistance.

Lord God, You are my deliverance-Greatness 
Who comes to me by Your graciousness
Thank You that You fight for my battles to win over struggling helplessness
With Your ready protection I cling to, fastened along Your goodness
Let me always trust You as I pray through Your bestowed righteousness.

Lord God, You are my deliverance-Greatness 
Who pushes me toward spiritual maturity
Thank You that You prosper me by Your blessings’ bounty
With Your prevailing wisdom that teaches me Your truth’s certainty
Let me always seek You with earnest humility and sincerity.

Lord God, You are my deliverance-Greatness 
Who comforts me in my affliction
Thank You that You deal well with me along Your peace and consolation
With Your reigning power that affirms Your instruction
Let me always pursue after Your approval, overcoming goal-frustration.
