Poem
I wanted to pen this verse from yesterday but the temperature kept rising all day; I wanted to pen this verse from yesterday but the traffic kept flowing my way. Hundreds of cars flooded the street forming curved lines, parallel lines, horizontal lines, diagonal lines, straight lines and zigzag lines. They travel in and around the town looking for where destiny is bound. My mind kept still but the birds kept scampering around the hill, singing I don’t know what and mating in long socks. The morning skies with the bright summer heat suddenly turns gray and the morning kept riding away, the rain sprinkle the earth with an artificial shower but the earth quickly absorb it and filter it in a layer of tears that drips slowly from my tired face. I need to release that pent up emotion it was a very sobering moment and it cooled down the temperature. My face felt clean and I was back on track to fulfill my hard-earned dreams. A sudden pinnacle of hope leaped from the earth and rest on top of the mountain giving birth to a new passion inside of me, and so it rests on the pinnacle for everyone to come and see and dancing soldiers’ kept running around me. We pitch our tents on top of the mountain and unearth the missing swords that went missing for more than a century. Hundreds of them in gold, silver and bronze, covered in a unique position where their rightful owners had left them, and the sound of the trumpet resonated from the deep after a century defeat. We pulled them up and clean them off and placed them in the position of the sun on top of the mountain. It sends sparks of light radiating from the four corners of the earth it was sending an urgent message to the universe telling it that we had won. I try to analyze it and later comprehend it and finally I was able to absorb it .The battle had been won but the fools kept carrying it along, to cover their shame and to prolong the senseless race. Below me another current was moving and the devil's pot was boiling and April fools ran around the town shouting from their car windows, intimidating the passengers and scorning the cup bearers. The day could never break and the night stood firmly at the gate; the music kept going all night to drown out the devil’s midnight. It engulf the town and give raise to a mocking sound and April fools kept up the antics all around the town and finally they all sank in the airless ground.
