...So he walked out, stuck out his hand,
said, “Ma’am, I think I can help you,
I’m a Hollywood talent scout,
and you’re girl has potential, it’s true.

“You may not know me from Adam,
but I think your girl could go far,
tell me ma’am, have you ever thought
that she could be a child star?

The mother shrieked and grabbed her wrist,
they both sprinted fast to get clear,
he just grumbled and walked away,
no use looking for talent here.

He found his girl eventually,
tabloids tell her tale every day,
she wished she’d had a good mother
to save her from becoming prey.
