Poem
A voice says, “Cry out.” And I said, “What shall I cry?” “All people are like grass, and all their faithfulness is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall, because the breath of the Lord blows on them. Surely the people are grass. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” Isaiah 40:6?-?8 NIV In my time absorbing from my surroundings It has become clear Through God revealing His word will remain the truth Myself, guilty went against it in blindness As the different flowers bloom The different beliefs in division bloom The grass withers from lack of water. Light to guide it's direction. Roots that stay near the surface Easily uprooted when pulled. People change day by day Seeking in own works Dancing in the wind of going against God Trying to make since of life without God. And we wonder why the world is the way it is To hear ones blame God for this. When it's people rejecting God to blame. To get into His word in spirit and truth. The awakening of mankind is still mostly the same as before Jesus death. Now that we have a way to return Sadly still division in rejecting the spirit. What we seek has been given Why then do many still reject. Saddens me to think if Jesus Walked into a church would, He be rejected by His color or clothes. Beliefs of mankind knowledge without God Will wither with the drought of the land. As quick as it sprouts without the spirit The quicker it will need another belief. God's word is the center that shall remain The true tree that shall stand , No wind, storm, wars, disaster to harm. For all was created through Him. And hopefully one seeks to be a bloom In this tree to leave the grass fields, Pollinated through Christ That one might remain in His everlasting tree.
