Poem

On the pillow silent teardrops fall ever so softly making not a sound
The sadness takes ahold ever so tightly, and in it you are bound
 really sure hope means not another day,
0f being crushed by the words you say,
Long ago I had a dream but life didn't turn out so right
Got lost to the pain of a lonely  night
Even though lying next to me you were never there
Soon I learned I just shouldn't care
Crushed by your  word 
Was I ever heard
Leaves me lying on the floor 
Couldn't leave me alone so you came back for more
And so I kick you back out the door
But my heart you still leave broken and lying  on that same floor
What one to do
When you finally find out love wasnt really true
So hard to walk away so very much pride
When from the world all I want to do is hide. 
I Try to walk above
What you showed me as love
Grow some wings fly away so far
Rise above this scar
Be better than you
But my love done flew
Cant get it to come back 
Cause all the times you did attack
Left me feeling no pain
I step over your stain
You'll never win but then again
You broke me down but I clear that slate
Will never again give into the hate
For me , it's not to late
Rise above
Contain the love
You tried to steal
My heart shall heal
Not afraid to still feel
So your time lost
My love was the cost
But I will never give in
So in the end I win
