LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY DISOBEDIENCE-SMITER
				
Lord God, You are my disobedience-Smiter, 
bringing me out from carnality
Thank You for Your hand that reaches me out against selfishness-calamity
Forgive me in falling into dungeons of vanity…
Help me tread always on Your assurance-certainty.
 
Lord God, You are my disobedience-Smiter, 
bearing me with Your strength-victories
Thank You for Your power that revives me from gloom-triggering worries
Forgive me in seeking after worthless pursuits which cause soul-fatal injuries…
Help me flee always toward Your truth for answers to my queries.
 
Lord God, You are my disobedience-Smiter, 
blocking me against emptiness
Thank You for Your grace that does wonders for my steadfastness
Forgive me in trespassing along paths of filthiness…
Help me aim always to exalt Your name’s gloriousness.

Lord God, You are my disobedience-Smiter, 
bending me against arrogance-corruption
Thank You for Your meekness that molds me for sweet submission
Forgive me in serving You with lack of dedication…
Help me draw near always to You by Your compassion.

Lord God, You are my disobedience-Smiter, 
building me up by Your truth and right
Thank You for Your mercy that meets me in my prayer-plight
Forgive me in yielding to unbelief’s might…
Help me remain always in Your will, peacefully winning against worry-blight.

Lord God, You are my disobedience-Smiter, 
breaking me of my rebellion by Your judgment
Thank You for Your leadership that enables my ministry-involvement
Forgive me in displeasing You due to my discontentment…
Help me take always Your holy chastisement for character-betterment.

Lord God, You are my disobedience-Smiter, 
blessing me from Your abundance-reign
Thank You for Your provisions satisfy me along supplies of no drain
Forgive me in neglecting to praise You along sufficiency-terrain…
Help me obey You always with faith’s increasing gain.
