I know I don’t always tell you
How you make me feel,
The ways that you make life better,
The joy and hope you bring
With the love that inspires the twinkle
Lighting my eyes, the shimmering
Smile that reminds me you’re the why
Behind all my dreams, my feelings
That believe there is a reason
For everything that comes, every
Struggle, every worry, and especially
The wonders that I know will always be
A part of the world where you bring	
	Wisdom and joy, serenity
Overflowing – like streams of light
Erasing the shadows of a dark night

I know I don’t always let you know
The way you quiet the sorrows,
The way you inspire the heartfelt love,
The way you remind me to listen –
	To the welcoming song of believing
In love that is kind and giving, love
That reassures and reaches beyond all 
The darkness, into the breathless miracle
Peace that is forever blessing my life
With the grace, the faith – the stirring of
A connection, a bond that is sewn together
By the love and kindness that is your
Signet, like the fragrance that brings a memory…
	You are the scent of love
Pouring out more light than the darkness can destroy,
More love than fear can erase, more of us…
Is the music beneath the song I sing when I say –
My love for you is filled with notes of heaven’s bouquet,
