Poem
I was a creative choreographer, for superb Broadway musicals and plays, As musical winds choreograph motions, throughout any of our rosy days. I lived for charms of elegant dance, for its beauty will forever be with us, As moon and sea make beautiful dance partners, since gravity is a plus. And vivid life itself is an opera, full of songs, loud laughter and sad tears, So, we often wrestle with genuine emotions, as with some sad souvenirs. Some of life's dancing is entirely public, but sometimes it's done privately, Like hued blossoms in a golden desert, living their beautiful lives, quietly. Our musicals and plays were huge hits, like a rose strikes joy to the heart, Throughout its mellow, sunshine days, for its hued vibrancy stands apart. My family had danced for generations, like contrasting, returning seasons, Leaving behind their fragrant memories, in vivid, chronological sequence. I lived in the wooden house of song, and birds daily visited at my windows, And freshest breezes wafted through, from the nearby blooming meadows. The days had grown sweltering hot, and ice cream melted on sugar cones, And after traveling from bloom to bloom, bees relaxed under sugar domes. The wind tangoed with fluttering trees, in those old-fashioned days of ease, When I decided to go on vacation, to a gorgeous, far off location, overseas. I viewed many sights of beauty and wonder, like watching flamingos dance, Their elegant, pink, synchronized motions, and onward, pompous advance. Loving the art of dancing as I do, I wondered if other animals danced, too, And I discovered peacocks, bees, and dolphins dance, incredible, but true! Spinner dolphins do synchronized, spinning jumps in the air, when playing, Peacocks flourish their gorgeous feathers, prancing to and fro, displaying. Bees dance to communicate the flowers' location, a stunning innate ability, So others may fly off in sunshine golden, to benefit from sweet availability. Fascinated to have at last learned more, of nature's extraordinary dancers, I returned home refreshed and inspired, by the green, dance hall prancers! Of which there are more-birds, for example, at times dance as well as sing; As we laud with dancing and parties, whenever silver New Year's bells ring. Dancing is often used to express emotions, and emotions are part of living, Especially the intense emotion of joy, like a flaming sun, our days is gilding. And life, itself, is an elaborate dance, its steps varying from being to being, At times dancing in dark of night, like pearl moon and stars, without seeing!
