The Eye of the Hurricane When all conditions have come together And we have taken notice of the strength We like to name them and keep track Of them moving across the ocean floors The eye is considered to Be the most dangerous in this time Waves are beating against each other At there tallest they battle For even the marine life pause to take notice This would be the worries and cares Of all the foolishness around us And trying to adapt to the always Changing influence of man's views Trying to please everything we see or hear Instead of the one in control of the storm The flood will come before the storm hits land As we need to wash us clean For as the storm makes landfall The Eye of the storm has become The calmest place to reside Mostly clear of clouds, wind and rain The most dangerous part of the storm has moved to the outer ring With the damaging wind and rain But if one could stay in the center And keep moving with the calmness Then no harm to be done This is like when When we have given up and seeked for better We can remain in the center of God And all the foolishness we will begin to see All around us the storm is doing damage Wars break out , people full of division, Corruptness and violence runs rampant Many deadly diseases and substances To destroy ones life and there families This has to take place for man To see we are the beast that goes against God Life would have been alot easier If I were like some that are born great If we had it to easy none would ever seek For most seek when they are broken Or have received notice that life may Become shorter than expected Nothing wrong with this just truth It was the slaves that brought Him pleasure To rescue from the beginning To lead them to a place of rest As we are all slaves to sin And only in Jesus shall you find rest To break free of worldly chains God is not to fear but has to allow Things to happen that we might seek God brings love, comfort, peace, and joy Not to be found in this world To remove one from the eye Of the ocean floor waves If you can not find God in people around you Observe everything besides people My dog is full of joy every morning And this is how I have become to seek I might get tired and feel like laying Around later but joy starts in the morning Take notice of all the beauty in your surroundings How each day is in control of God Without people blocking your view and mind Seek to become one with Christ That people might see His love in you For so many you could be the only thing That one could see God in and want to seek To be pulled out of this world But you still have to remain Looking from the center to the outside That others might find you for comfort And become to know God themselves When they try and escape the winds and rain Love you all
