Poem
You make me feel so much Joy – thanks – assurance You whisper your hope on my spirit Remind me that love – Is a quiet wonder, like a dream Coloring my life in grace and kindness Reflecting serenity, a smile Poured out over the silence Screaming light through My most intimate embrace Kisses, sweet and passionate Starlight shimmering into darkness, Parting the wistful night A lesson of laughter’s sing-song voice Telling the moon to guide Each affection through the shadows Into the winsome autumn Leaves, vibrant and bold, gold Treasures, healing the summertime Old moments, praying for wisdom To know love’s sigh, to abide in the Trembling echo of a touch Magic stirring a heart so very much You make me feel like a twinge Shuddering joy through my spirit Encouraging me to believe In the message warming my dreams The message of hope and peace Love that conquers even the grief With the promise of a lasting relief The knowing that this love is tangible A reality sent through the soul So that there is only truth, forevermore Beautiful and full, hesitant To allow anyone the moment Complete satisfaction, elation Jubilation in a thrilling season, Bringing the heart a reason The soul – wonderous reckoning Promising the spirit a freedom That roars in its sensations Its intensity and inspiration, alive Like the sun and the stars Raining jewels of wonder through A world who only knows The thunder of a peace, a grace Brought to life by the embrace Goodness, rejoicing – generously Giving the heart its awakening The second chance, the new day Precious feeling – never swayed It is this feeling, the love that is alive Like a voice, brilliant and motivated By the spring – the summer The warmest of breezes and the echoes Silencing the pounding rain Poured out like truth, like the blazing Prayers of the saints who remember It is this feeling, blinding, burning Praising and adoring – this feeling Is love that has meaning, love that is… Breathing, singing, believing…… Love this strong, this feeling Is the reason I know – God is in control Because, with this love, I’m made whole!
