Dissatisfaction is the key to progress
You will experience stress in many situations
Life can be a mess but the best of you is yet to come!

When you can't find yourself
Hold on, you are a leader
You can go from zero to hero
When you get lost inside your brain
It’s time you maintain your sanity
Turn against the vanity in your mind and 
Don’t be blind to the fact that you can
Use the energy of depression to start your progress!

When you think you might need help
Reach out to someone you can trust
Remember that you should not tell yourself that 
Your depression is the reason you won't make it!
You can only see change when you accept who you are
The shame will melt away so don’t forget to pray!

Don't bottle your pain
There is light in any darkness so 
Spark a flame and 
Use the energy of depression to start your progress!

You are meant to break the chains
When you are anchored in pain 
You are hoping for change 
But don’t know where to start
This is the art of your existence
In part, when depression comes and visits you
Remember, that you can 
Use the energy of depression to start your progress!

They will tell you to see a doctor and 
He will say that the chemical imbalance is the reason for your depression
Happiness will not always be around and 
The silence will often make it louder
When they offer you a pill
Remember that you can progress in life in the face of depression!
