The world is a world of me's
somehow I can't get in;
when I came a-calling
the invitation was gone
not the right suit, not the
proper shoes...timing out
of step, the welcome
going out sounded good
but the world is a world 
of me's
a wall around each fortress

the heart is a heart of me's
universal up to a loving point
a bell on the wall, a lock on
the door~ Oh yes! us me's have
an inviolate list of personal 
distance and space~ the heart 
is a heart of me's, 
a cap on the over-flowing
reserves must be constants
first personal fulfillment before
the
cause....

the world is world of good
intentions...honorable mentions
medallions and plaques
cathedrals with their saints

priest with shameful penance

the world is a world is a world
is our world....

The world is a world of infant
hopes and dreams; trusting all
to larger arms and lessons 
learned~ faith in homes with
roofs that don't leak, and their 
gardens begging senses to come
sit and meditate, on 
so many graces and blessings
needing only minimal care
best with less our interfering

the world is a world of unlimited
altruism, when shared fear, pain and 
suffering


the world is less a world and
more our own reflection...the
world is the mirror image of 
the soul
