Poem
I've seen Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick Dr. Watson In a bar room near my dorm on one foggy afternoon Dr. Watson was singing, Holmes was playing the bassoon When a loud voice was heard that sparked a commotion "A guy was poisoned! A guy was a poisoned!"One customer made a shout The poor waiter was alarmed and the bartender who was stout The other ten customers were all worried about the matter The bouncer was alarmed too, the three hostesses made a chatter Sherlock Holmes made an order to contain the crowd panicking Locked the doors and the windows to halt the culprit from escaping Dr. Watson was in rescue to check the pulse and the beating But the victim was so dead and was far from reviving Inspector Lestrade was summoned and sailed on for responding "What an outright murder!", said Lestrade while arriving The culprit might have thought that the scene was challenging For Holmes and Watson were right there for contending The poor victim was laying, from his mouth bubbles were oozing His beer glass was empty, except for ice that were melting I was bold enough to ask if who could have done such a thing Sherlock Holmes was calm but I bet he was thinking "It could not be the beer, otherwise we were all dead" Sherlock Holmes murmured while touching his forehead "Could it be inside the ice and was released when it melted?" "But if it was so, then how come we were not dead?" "Could it be a self-inflicted murder?", the waiter made a chatter But Watson could not agree more, while the motive was not yet clear The horizon was not yet clear, the case should be investigated further Holmes and Watson needed to dig to the down and the under After careful deduction Sherlock Holmes drew his attention To the other persons in the room for their possible participation The customers and the hostesses ware all placed into question Everybody was a suspect without any exception But the matter could not be resolved without medical elucidation So the body was brought for post mortem examination The suspects were all detained pending the said matter I myself was detained too, the bartender and the waiter The wife of the victim was summoned for further information Then Sherlock Holmes made a deduction after post mortem examination It turned out that the wife was the culprit in the said matter It was a case of delayed poisoning with the use of coconut water The acid in the coconut water was spoiled with an unknown fungus The fatal effect could only be felt after at least three hours The bubbles in the mouth of the victim was actually the beer Everybody was relieved and was freed to make a cheer
