Poem

In the stillness of one quiet day we can hear  the trees breathe easy 
Leafy arms up towards the sky, they suspire to inspire us with beauty
The cadence of the breath takes us to a peaceful place of deep rest 
We are privy to the Celestial Love of our  Mother Father God, ...
who so lovingly bestows on us pure Grace.  A living essence exists 
within each of us, as we co-exist in this world with strength and 
stamina, we leave behind all doubts. (BREATHE ) 
When night falls upon our tired eyes we are lit from within by the 
memory of a spiritual lantern that is shining brightly inside our
hearts. The casting crowns of amber and gold warm the soul and 
we are invited to sit on the porch of our thoughts and go deep into 
that good night. (BREATHE) 
 Love blooms in the evening contemplation, then 
gives us its flowers by rising sway.  Claim your colors dear soul, 
claim your healing, this is the day that was created for you, 
God had an angel deliver you on earth yesterday and today, 
well you are here, so breathe and know that you matter most 
right here, right now.. Namaste
