Key Verse – Psalm 145:16 Thou openest thine hand, and satisfies the desire of every living thing.    

MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR SATISFYING MY DESIRE

Thank You for satisfying my desire for a life that’s worthwhile
You’re my great Lord Who governs me in Your wise style
Truly doing wondrous works devoid of any vile which does defile---
Here am I trusting You in every step along obedient smile.

Thank You for satisfying my desire for a goal that’s purposive
You’re my sovereign Father Who keeps me in Your design, eternally conclusive
Truly showing mighty acts, divinely exclusive---
Here am I praising You, jubilantly expressive.

Thank You for satisfying my desire for a pursuit that’s meaningful
You’re my gracious Guardian Who makes me holy and spiritually beautiful
Truly guiding toward righteousness while staying merciful---
Here am I honouring You, overcoming pride, grievously awful.

Thank You for satisfying my desire for a heart that’s contented
You’re my abundant Provider Who supplies me where You have me planted
Truly showering blessings, always giving even beyond what is granted---
Here am I pleasing You, being gratitude-oriented.

Thank You for satisfying my desire for a stewardship that’s fruit-bearing
You’re my compassionate Master Who builds me up in Your nurturing
Truly answering prayers with efforts for soulwinning and Gospel sharing---
Here am I serving You, and for You, willingly labouring.

Thank You for satisfying my desire for a faith that’s victorious
You’re my majestic Saviour Who rules over me with Your kingdom so glorious
Truly reigning in miraculous ways, with deeds, awesomely mysterious---
Here am I clinging to You, earnestly and blissfully serious.
