I want to see the world
Through the eyes of a child
I want to feel my heart smile
As I chase the flight of a butterfly
I want to know my soul is alive
As I listen to the wind inspire
I want to see the stars so alive
Dancing a waltz in the moonlit sky

I want to see the love I feel
Pouring out hope, faith and grace
Across those who happen into my path
Warming my spirit with their tenderness
Reassuring my heart that love is alive
It is kind. It is wise. It is a brilliant light…
Reflecting the joy that inspires art
Illuminating wonder that colors souls…
In the beauty and mercy of His ways

I want to see this creation
Through the eyes of my Maker
The One who gave me life and love
The One who poured His light across my soul
The One who reminds me He is worthy

I want to see His handiwork, His design
Through the eyes of my soul, my hope, my love
I want to see the lemony sun kissing my life
I want to see the rustle of leaves awakening autumn
I want to see the intimacy of God’s mystery
I want to see His spirit in every breath, each caress
I want to see God in all the hearts I encounter

I want to see this world
Through the eyes of a child
See the inspiration come to life
In a smile, a hope and a prayer
I want to see His love stirring souls
To listen to the silence, the wonders
Of a world that praises Him with adoration
That can only be felt, never heard
Adoration that comes from the heart
Who knows He is light. He is life. He is love!

He is the reason I can always be sure…

My hopes and dreams and all of my plans
Are sure to come to life because He is…
The One who guards my thoughts, my hopes
With His powerful shield, His protection from harm
His forever light enlightens every shadow
With a promise of peace and grace…
A gift of love that survives every doubt

He is love… and I am His child
I am inspired… by the One I delight in
The One I worship with every idea
The One I respect, adore and believe in
The One who is my maker, the creator of all…
The answer to my prayers, the star of my soul…
He is love… and I am His cherished baby!
