MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR STRENGTHENING ME

Thank You for strengthening me with Your might
As You establish me in Your law, always true and right
For my faith’s maturity toward service-delight
In engaging myself by Your help against worldliness-fight.

Thank You for strengthening me with Your Word
As You teach me Your principles, written in Your record
For my conviction’s steadfastness upon principles of Spirit-sword
In guarding myself through Your truth against deceitfulness-ford.

Thank You for strengthening me with Your instruction
As You guide me through Your direction
For my decision’s wisdom with effective discretion
In defending myself with Your holiness against abomination’s corruption.

Thank You for strengthening me with Your sovereignty
As You control me along Your authority
For my submission’s willingness midst insecurity
In surrendering myself to Your leading against pride’s vanity.

Thank You for strengthening me with Your power
As You enable me to do Your will as Gospel seed-sower
For my soulwinning’s fruitfulness by Your blessings’ flower
In yielding myself to Your bountifulness against barrenness-blower.

Thank You for strengthening me with Your ministering
As You lift me up by Your love’s nurturing
For my discipleship’s zeal to prosper through Your rearing
In disciplining myself along Your satisfaction against murmuring.
