Poem
It is a Sunday, still she wakes up pretty early, She has beautiful brown hair, long and curly. From her window she could see the sun rise, Quietly she climbs down the bed rubbing her eyes. She steps outside her house, breathing in the fresh air, A cool breeze picks up at the shoreline and ruffles her hair. The golden sand sparkles as the sunrays begin to fall, Once on this same sand she used to play with her doll. Slowly she walks down, till she reaches the sea shore, Now everything looks even more beautiful than before. She closes her eyes listening to the soothing sound of the waves, And the distant squawking of seagulls in the nearby caves. Soon she hears footsteps behind her and opens her eyes, Her husband has also joined her to watch the beautiful sunrise. He smiles at her and gives a peck on her cheek, Nearby, a seagull dives catching a fish in its beak. They sit on the sandy beach watching the rising sun, And she feels glad to experience this with a loved one. Soon a little girl also comes running down with a doll, The little girl giggles playing with her hands so small. She hugs her daughter and leans on her husband's shoulder, Suggesting to go inside as the breeze gets colder. Together they get up and walk back holding hands, Humming a tune, walking barefoot on the sparkling sands. She was very happy and content with her life, She was glad that she got to become his wife. A loving family and a beautiful house is accomplished by few, For her it was quite literally like a dream come true!
