"A Blessing In Disguise" Sometimes life shuts you down Scatters all your dreams & makes you bound... This time I was all about to quit Everything was vanished & badly hit... I thought how will my family & I'll survive We were trapped from all the sides... Suddenly, I shook off my head of worries And thought from a different angle to get free... I was left with nothing much in my hands No work, no help, just a piece of waste land... This was my striking moment towards a change I decided not to lose my vision in this extreme haze... I started to give it all my leftover efforts & resource Someone said it true that race can still be win by a lame horse... Its all about the good times & the bad times You only have to choose & take the plunge right... The land I threw like a waste & barren It gave us a livelihood by growing the crop of carrot... I experienced a blessing in disguise Stay positive, never lose hope in heart & mind... ************ In our lives, we come across many starving & homeless people. Even if not, we all have some sort of issues and most of them revolves around finances. I also know a person who has experienced this wonderful thing in life absolutely related to this theme. This is not just a story but a true & real part of his life. And I'm gonna narrate it here. My story belongs to a farmer called Devender Prasad. As we all know that covid hit all the businesses badly and affected innumerable lives. Devender is one of them. He got his daughter married a few months before this pandemic. He borrowed some money from relatives to host the wedding efficiently. According to situation, relatives asked for money before time and he was obliged to return. His business was not running. Gradually, he sold all his good property to support his family's needs & pay off the credit. But the real problem begins here. He had no livelihood now. All he had...was just a small amount of money. After thinking much, a wasteland came into his mind, which he almost threw as it was of no use. Whatever the resources he had, he utilized them to make it useful and cultivated. Finally, he was successful in his efforts. His barren land has become a huge carrot field now. He overcame all his losses and earned a enormous profit. Eventually, that scraped & arid region proved to be 'a blessing in disguise' to the farmer. Written by- Rashmi Kaushik #MyDynamicEmotions
