Late at night when i can't sleep, my demons come out to haunt me
And when my eyes open with the sunrise, they attack my thoughts
Plague my dreams
So i stay up sometimes just to write, even though i know few will ever read these.

Sometimes i can't tell if these are visions i have or fits of insanity
Lately I've been dreaming about a girl..
metaphorically and literally.
A forbidden desire fitting like a sensual attire
Someone like her would never be with someone like me
Feels like a surreal childhood fantasy.
Wouldn't be the first time i took a leap...
Landing face first but still with damaged feet.
Electra is her name
And this electric feeling is to blame
When i lay alone in my bed with all these things rushing through my head..

Are these tricks? Treats? Future destiny?
I wish i knew...but i feel like a rat in a cage
Thoughts cover my thoughts 
What is this energy?
Maybe it will go away
Or maybe i really am insane...

My Alice in wonderland....
Is this real? Am i?
So many things i wish to say
But for now, 
I fade away
