all the work i do
all the sweat and tears i've shed
only to get to this moment of disappointment
not in how i do my work, 
but the people who surround me
looking down on me as if i'm worthless
I am saddened by the disapproval of my peers
this is why i'm going to leave
start over in my life
branch out and explore my
career options 
so when i'm gone
remember all the times
you counted on me to come through-
and i did
now who are you going to count on?
is it the people who are all about themselves?
their incentive and numbers?
are they the ones who are
going to go that extra mile
to make up for those who slack
hide in the isles and talk
is it the ones who take longer
breaks, because they don't
want to be there in the first place, but they want that paycheck or
is it the ones who are showed favoritism?
can say anything to their peers and
get away with everything, because they can do as they please
this was never my dream job to begin with
it bought my house, paid my bills,
but lacks so much more then what i want in life
i want to be respected, rely on on people
who i can trust
not those who sneer behind my back
is this a nightmare?
for now i'm going to sleep
when i wake will it be my reality?
is this how life is suppose to be?
so remember me when i'm gone
as a team player, because there is no I in TEAM
and this time around 
I'll take one for the TEAM!
