MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR VISITING ME

Thank You for visiting me at Your set time
Surely bringing me hope every time
With Your cheers of laughter any time
Midst sin-mocking in the meantime.

Thank You for visiting me in my very grievous frustration
Surely comforting me through Your mercy-feast’s provision
With Your gracious peaceful rest-invitation
Midst anxiety-filled worldly pollution.

Thank You for visiting me along Your heavenly blessings 
Surely healing my ailment while attending to my complaints’ voicings
With Your kindness of gentle care’s caressings
Midst hatred-reproofs and hypocrisy-bitterness’ bracings.

Thank You for visiting me during temptations and trials
Surely loving me unconditionally despite denials
With Your Jehovah-jireh portrayals
Midst enemy-multiplied betrayals.

Thank You for visiting me in my mourning
Surely upholding me while to me You are listening
With Your heart responding and ears’ hearkening
Midst lamentation-punctuated communing.

Thank You for visiting me whenever I pray
Surely hearing me of my entreating pleas’ array
With Your fellowship’s presence-ray
Midst doubt-confusion that leads astray.

Thank You for visiting me in my dwelling’s blissfulness
Surely speaking to me about Your delightful words’ sweetness
With Your wise answers of truthfulness
Midst world’s magic-mysteries You confound by Your assertiveness.
