Poem

With warm rays of sun on her canvass so pale,
the white bird glides in her regal flight.
She hovers a bit as she looks down below
to ponder on man, rushing to and fro.
As she glides with grace through the feathery clouds,
a bouquet of beauty, pleasing to God
here in the sky with the wind in the breeze,
the praise of the bird to her Maker is seen.
This is when the bird elates, in a way its here where she dictates..
no fear of man, or the alley cat, just sliding and gliding through the heavenly realm.
Freedom is hers she can go high or low
no limits or boundaries, her kingdom of sorts.
Her playground fulfils all her needs in this life
created to play in the skies above.
As she soars high and sweeps down through the clouds,
the bird is aware that she's not alone.
Although she could die and no man will mourn
the bird is unique and with beauty adorned
Yes God had for her another plan,
a pity its lost to the naked eye
for He hid it in clouds....   I wonder why?
