Well I know it's been forever and you didn't know what to do Fear no more your philosopher is back with his clerihew Who will be now name victim of this wonderfully silly form Probably himself and anyone else is his norm Yes Wayland wires these very quick Rhyming and a little honor is the only trick Short sweet and sure to poke fun These should be a joy for everyone Well each brief return i have to check on old Canada Jack A limerick and quatrain writer from way back Don't know why I had to call him Canada Jack now Did someone call him a hussy, wow This one Jack pokes fun at himself and others I would hope he's writing forever if I had my druthers I don't think I've ever used druthers in my writing Oh this rhyming sure is exciting There's another Canadian man named Richard Lamoureux Words that rhyme with Lamoureux probably a few It might help if I new the proper pronunciation Oh well I guessed in this situation Last time I was in contact with Richard he'd put out a book He really is a grand writer and I'm sure it's worth a look Unfortunately I haven't checked it out yet But I'd bet it's a read you wouldn't regret The philosopher many times wanted to write a book but maybe he's lazy If he's not it's a common belief he's surely crazy Living life sometimes a minute at a time No wonder he never has time to rhyme Avoiding all these wonderful poets like Seren Roberts, should be a crime Thankfully though it isn't because I don't need that kind of time Only to read and further analyze her work In the whole process trying not to be a jerk Fj Thomas my friend afar Of poetry soup surely she's a start I find her writing deep and inspirational If I could sum her up in one word, sensational And what about PD Linda the destroyer In her destroying I'm only a voyeur Haha do i sense a French word i could pronounce I'm sure someone will make the connection and pounce Wayland took three years of high school French Even a college semester, but he doesn't know hardly any not even a pinch Never took one class of Spanish but am fluent I guess in my area Spanish is more congruent Now the silly boy is using math terms in these words Many people say a bunch of match is for the birds I actually enjoy the mathematics myself I leave the acrobatics for someone else Aliyah Torres a different writer I've recently been exploring If I could sum up her writing in one word, not boring or better yet enjoying There's another unneeded math reference to add But seriously her writing isn't bad Yes Wayland reads her poems as if they're new Then puts his ignorance in this clerihew I really will try to be more relevant But of reading all my friends work i haven't made a dent They're too many and too talented the bunch I read what I can in a crunch But then I'm further intrigued On and on i read Of there lives and emotions they write I really could read them day and night But I get lost in my crazy life Focused on my own troubles and strife Funny how that's the thing I usually write about Before I thought it was therapeutic but now I doubt Maybe I just a freak of my own pain But still i don't find the writing in vain This for is supposed to be funny you dummy By you I mean me of course, sometimes I'm not very sunny Bright i mean if you missed the meaning Hopefully myself i will be redeeming But enough about me, it's already too much I used these clerihews to be funny and such I guess I've gotten out of practice in my absence Fortunately this form isn't very tense What about Nette the philippine souper Her poems are super duper Her comments hear felt each one But I was trying to get back to the fun How about Andrea who shares the last name of one of my former professors Of those two he's definitely the lesser I wouldn't even remember him if not for the name And in my mind and soul, she's gained fame Always humble, thoughtful, and kind I don't think Andrea would leave you in a bind But who knows if you get on her bad side Then maybe you'd best run and hide I actually have a knack of getting on people's wrong side I almost said it as I had some pride But really that's not my intention I never really like being in distention See i can't stop writing about me for a second With myself i also find objection But I continue on melodic As one of my friends thinks he's sure neurotic I think narcissistic is what they mean Or at least so it would seem I think how do they even know a word like narcissistic Someone they know, must be sedistic But then does that mean I'm the one Causing pain while I'm having fun Definitely not me I hope With that type of me i couldn't cope Now I see my own narcism sand laugh You keep writing about yourself you ass Line after line me, me, me Now their point of view i can see Unfortunately I haven't read enough for more content So my ignorance doesn't allow me to relent But no more because really it's almost all me I give this clerihew session a D
