Poem
These days im filled with feeling insignificant. Just a voice in the wind Carried and spent As the world turns, It turns itself inside out Wearing suffocating masks while they lose their rights Dragging everyone down with them as the fires of tyrants Feast Then burn bright I woke up once, then again... Realizing i was once in hell for a lifetime Then like the first me, i drank that final sip.. Among vipers...even given the "Judas kiss" I lived 3 times so far, as far as i know. Once until i was 33 The second 23 And now..24 I dont expect anyone to understand this...poem of my poetry But right now im just looking for a place to bleed. Somewhere where nobody knows me. My first life, I was a messiah, nailed and took the final sip of vinegar..that bitter wine the roman soldiers drank and hithered After "3" days, he rose from a tomb A conquered grave. Second- I was someone named River Phoenix. The opposite of the other life i would say. The middle area of the hour glass i would think.. I came to this realization after i had this odd low feeling every fall nearing Halloween... As it is, that was the night he died. Murdered by "the red hot chilli peppers" One of them named flea invited him to the viper room. About as venomous as the name itself portrays. Rumour was that Phoenix would shine brighter than the rest, So as the vipers gathered, they took advantage of River's false idolization of the band As it was widely known it was his favorite song land A band now, I loathed sense i was a kid Is it any wonder? Their hearts barely beat in their chest Sitting still and lame. As the first lifetime death, his first and final drink at the party wwould be his last before winding up dead.. Poisoned by the very ones he looked up to.. Speedball they called it and mixed it in his drink. The autopsy showed bruises on the knuckles, hands and right shine. Yes i did my homework as i followed the rabbit Down the hole and into this grave. My grave. Was this the 3 days in hell? While in death, timed remained together yet still? Either way, it was clear as day Death at october 31st, 1993. On the side of sunset boulevard As the bouncers tossed him out And he convulsed on the hard pavement 1 AM almost 2 as it was darkest before the dawn The life that i lived was snuffed out. Just like the light he kept on. To be continued in part 2
