                        at times of great distress
            it is easy for me to be blind to reality 
and have deep emotions hard to express 
where my heart is raging with stress and anxiety  
                         and I am a lost soul in a sea of waves
where some people want to make life hard to handle
their actions and unkindness have often hurt me deeply 
throwing words like weapons leaving scars on my soul forever
            but, listen to my raving-   I will not let these people win
               I have tried to be nice, kind and caring to all
    but for some that is not enough
                        so from my gloom I will rise up
for some people were never meant to stay in my life 
               but were just passing through
I will cast all my hysteria to the wind 
and will move away from darkness into bright blue skies
      and I will not change myself    
                           except I will be a stronger me
