Poem
As children, we experienced pleasure in the mystery of HIDDEN things in the game of 'HIDE And Seek'. As adults, our lives are encumbered more with mysteries more often painful and far less of pleasing fun and games. Some things are not HIDDEN in the typical sense of Purposely being covered from exposer. They are Simply out of reach or beyond the sphere of our Present existence. To HIDE is to put or remain Out of sight. To keep secret*. Heaven and Hell Come to mind as two such things or places, with One exception, that also comes to mind. Being yet Alive, Heaven and Hell are beyond our present sphere. Nevertheless, they may be out of sight to us and HIDDEN From view, but their mystery will in time be unveiled to us. There are myriads of things in the past as well as things presently Secret that God plans to reveal to us at some future time. They are 'places of promise' that are to be experienced later. I admit that Hell is not an easy subject of discussion for me. Notwithstanding, I have come to accept its realities because Christ Himself did not shy away from the existence of hell. Daunting as it may be, I cannot afford to doubt the truth. Perhaps deception is the HIDDEN key Utilized by Satan to widen the gates of hell, Which was originally designed for him and other Fallen angels; not for humans**. A departure from God Results in the closure of heaven to us. Eternity may appear To be HIDDEN from us, but it is outside of the realm of 'time', Entered into at the time of our new birth in Christ. None of us like The idea of HIDDEN things, but many chose to ignore or disbelieve. 090521PSCtest, ''H'' Contest, Constance La France. 1P Theme chose: Hidden. *The Merriam-Webster Dictionary, 2005; **Matthew 25:41
