"Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil for Thou art with me..."Psalm 23:5*** Last night on July 14, 2021 a beloved man of God, Ed White actually passed the valley of the shadow of death! We use to both attend Faith Lutheran, but latter on Ed attended Grace Lutheran Church instead. Two of the ladies from his latter church, are assisting people. People are able to take personal items from Ed White. "For we brought nothing into this world and it ids certain we carry nothing out." 1 Timothy 6:7. Even his precious organ, his most prized earthly possession, he had to leave behind him! He was the former piano/organ player for our church. On Tuesdays after noon from 1:00-2 PM. he had his hymn singers, and I am happy to say, I was privilege to be one of his singers. Some the ladies Verna, Delores and I would like to have someone revive it again. But neither one of them was successful. We are leaving it in the hands of the Lord! "For the living know that they must die: but the dead know not anything, neither have they any more reward for the memory of them is forgotten." Ecclesiastes 6:7 Of course we know the dead in Christ know plenty! And they do have heavenly awards awaiting them at the Beama seat of Christ. Something the Old Testament people were unaware of. When his wife Marge was alive, sometimes she rode with Ed and I to and from church. Latter on only Ed drove me to and from our church until he left it. His wife Margie survived two bouts of cancer, but the third time killed her! Ed White outlived the love and life of his wife! And cherished her memory! The memory of the dead is usually forgotten in the land of the living. However their memory can be preserved by their friends and loved ones they have left behind them! This is a memorial both to two dedicated servants of our Lord and our Redeemer! And my memorial to them on this site will outlive even my remaining golden years of my own senior citizen's lifespan! [When my time comes to go over the rainbow bridge, as my good friend Mary C claims it! Both Marge and Ed White, and Marilyn and hopefully Jack Leatherman. (Marilyn Leatherman was a good friend from Trinity Lutheran Church.) (Hank and Starr Kleveberg and my friends from Calvary Baptist Church. My friends, relatives and family will all be there to greet me! "When the roll is called up yonder we will all be there!"] In Christ's Love! Roxanne Lea Dubarry Roxy Lea 1954 July 15, 2021
