Poem
Mom please dont cry, We done our best, we said goodbye. We may not like it,. But I was tired and old. And now ive gone where the streets are gold. You know you mean the world to me. As i do to you its plain to see. And everytime you thought i was about to go, you would never leave my side that I know. you were scared to death that id die alone. You wanted to make sure i had your hand to hold. we had our time together. we had longer than we thought. i was 17 years old and you know how hard i fought. but it was my time, i didnt want to leave, cause i loved you to the moon and back forever and always beep beep. thats what you always told me and i believe it to be true. because you loved me so much and i loved you to. you didnt get to hold my hand as i passed away you held me in your arms instead as i slowly slipped away. i could hear you crying i know that you were sad. but mom please dont cry i want you to be glad. Glad of the time we had together the way our years was spent. thats what you need to remember and how much it all meant. so mom im going to close with what you would always say to me.but now i say it to you instead and remember it always please. I love you to the moon and back forever and always beep, beep. I'll always be with you mom right beside you at your feet. I love you mom. LOVE ALWAYS, LAYLA
