At the stroke of the pen you could find yourself in heaven 
At the stroke of  the pen you could suddenly drop dead. 
At the stroke of the pen billions could be spilling all over your bed and in the midst of it all your leadership could come to an abrupt end. At the stroke of a pen the prison door could be shut ,and at the stroke of a pen the prisoners could break loose from the dark rut. 

At the stroke of the pen your loan could be approved, at the stroke of a pen you could wear a brand new pair of shoes, and at the stroke of the pen you could be flying in a new jet plane. The pen determines your destiny, and the pen decides if you will be happy, and the pen will increase your salary. 

Here I am on this overgrown island with mosquitoes, and ticks nibbling at my feet and tall grass beating on the hard concrete. I am perishing in the sweltering heat and at nights perspiration oozed out of my feet. The crescent, moon is dangling above me with a message that lit up the sky and the stars waving their final goodbye. They disappeared underneath the clouds and I don’t know which way they went. The image of the eight lanterns on Saturday night coming from the north slowly fades in the clouds as they approached me, I still cannot figure out what it was about. This was not a mystery but something that was controlled by another hand. The light is a signal of peace and it sends a message that is very deep. 

At the stroke of a pen we can be friends, at the stroke of a pen all sanctions can come to an end. If you agree to the terms of my deal, at the stroke of a pen your misery will complete and our relationship will be sweet. We will not accuse one another and you will not poison my old father; you will give people their democratic rights, and you will not hack my computer or assassinate my brethrens. You will honor my human rights privilege. and you will respect individual’s cultural styles. No one is weird at queer people are just different and at the stroke of a pen you could be walking on gold if you accept my deal.

Night is coming down, and I am waiting for this leg of the marathon to complete but there are somethings that you should know before I sign this degree. You will look me in my eyes, and tell me something before I leave.  My affair is my affair and your affair is your affair you will not meddle with mine and I will not meddle with yours. You will keep your distance from the cloud, and remove the water from the boats. You will not go horseback riding in the sea, and you will keep your distance from al the global border line.

At the stroke of the pen we can fly into space again, my astronauts are your astronauts and your researchers are my researchers. Your spies are also my spies and your doctors are my doctors. I have been waiting on the stroke of the pen to take me around the bend, to start a new adventure that will catapult us into a brand new future.
