Being the clan’s chosen representative
Dad Chimpanzee prepares himself with fervor’s zest
ready to attend this significant event
exposing creature’s welfare development
over centuries against challenges
since in his cognition, changes are inevitable indeed.

Reaching the conference hall
he shakes hands with excited Papa Gibbon
bearing the “Apes’ shrewdness” flag
along Gentleman Gorilla with his tribe’s banner…
there’s also quirky Mr. Monkey in his platoon’s tag
while Lady Squirrel Monkey greets fellows, showing her troop’s sash.  

The gathering commences on time 
along prayer of gratefulness and praise
followed by state of the Monkeyrium/Aperium video presentation…
Oh, what a spectacle to behold
varied species and families of apes and monkeys
wondrously living together in peace.

Through livestreaming, everyone hears the master of ceremonies:
“Welcome to the global monkey and ape symposium
featuring our contributions to the Animalia kingdom
as among phylum Chordata, belonging to class mammalia
and according to scientific nomenclature
we are included in the Primates’ order.”

Reverberating in the occasion are these highlights:
agreement never to hold a beauty pageant
since everybody believes in the pleasantness of each one…
affirmation of life’s importance; sustaining, no-abortion-upheld policy…
assurance propped upon origin’s heritage by faith
attesting they are different from humans according to creation evidence.

In the meeting, they receive commendations for doing their best:
maximizing utmost, overcoming extinction, despite habitat destruction
acknowledging God-given gender, fulfilling roles as male or female
indulging not in vices, practicing not corruption to squander resources
taking care of families; hence, no need for orphanages and homes for the aged
entertaining people who make them captives in zoos or carnivals.

Blessed by the gathering while looking at the mirror
Dad Chimpanzee thanks the Almighty for his very being
realizing his privileges to live fully midst granted freedom
among companions to exercise love, respect and kindness
avoiding mimicking, copying, duplicating others 
to the detriment of one’s identity.

“1Peter 4:10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
