The light of dawn lifts the dark shadows of dusk, filling the heart with laughter that dances through the spirit in a whimsical whisper of whirling wishes – Quote by the Poet Light dawns with a shimmering sun Rays beam through the azure sky Lifting the night’s ebony shadows With laughing breaths of praise The day begins with a soothing hope Welcoming the hues of sunny delight Coloring the thoughts with brilliant gold Soft amber and tones of blushing rose Glimmering through the rays of wishes A caress calms the heavy hearted grief With promises of insight, inspiration, Imagination that will always bring relief Bright, feathery clouds pass across the blue Racing toward the dancing whispers of noon When robins, honey bees and butterflies Alight upon the plumpest roses they can find Dewy drops of liquid ride the emerald tones Of petals bold and vibrant, rising to meet With the loveliest breath of morning sun Heavy with a spirit of faith that inspires dreams Raising rich and lively dust from the forest floor To dance around the oak, birch and sycamore Revealing all the ways a tree can speak truth To the heart who listens with a desire for beauty Casting out all doubt and fear, welcoming love That gives from the depths of the soul, singing In poetic gasps, warming the eyes with pleasure From knowing God is always available to protect In the daybreak, when every thought is new And love is as abundant as the purest star A light flickering in the heart of those who know This feeling of joy that comes down from above Lighting the way with a laughing caress of hope Sent on wings of love by God’s soothing angels Who fly across the cobalt sky, drifting down to us In rays of haunting sunshine which melts worries And shines through the worst of melancholy Lighting the heart, the soul and the one who knows God is forever the way, truth and life – shining His light into the darkest night with wonderous insight
