Poem
Who is that there across the room Don't you dare turn to walk away For if you leave now you're doing it again way too soon Just look at her there as you remember her, so instead why not stay Recall seeing her for the first time under that full moon She is the very reason you could never quite give your heart completely away Her heart, from your love, could never stray She has always held your heart as you have held hers You each believe in your love towards the other is not what they deserve You think, as does she about you, that she should have the world beckoning at her feet and you know you can't give it So within your own minds you go crazy with love bit by bit If only you both would understand that in your own minds when it comes to loving the other it just doesn't matter To have the other to hold, you both know you would give up just about anything and everything but instead you each let your souls be forever tattered But until that can be foreseen you both do so well with the games of pretend You both do know If you try to leave true love, that love will not just let you go And broken hearts will not ever mend Such a enraptured, bewitching tale of a spell that was cast upon you both over time With a love so true and full of passion losing it once again would certainly be a crime You think with her, you gave it all you had and now you are wondering why you are having some shadows of doubts Because what you still hold for only her you have no way to which it seems to get out Feelings of wild emotion with no sense of reason or rhyme An undying surrenderous devotion that pain is ever so sweet To her you are the only one who has ever quite been able to fully knock her off her feet So look again and lose yourself in the moment where your eyes meet Look deeply take that time to make yet another memory Observe her every movement and then you might just realize your love should be True love can be suicide it will bring you both to your knees All the while each of your hearts are forsaking And your souls are constantly bleeding and aching From her you will never be absolutely free Who's that standing there across the room, well there's no one else there's only me Waiting there for you with my open arms, ever so faithfully So to the red rose grows the passion so concentrate closely then you will forever see Your true one and only your sweet gypsy
