Poem
I've just been watching Professor Green about his dad's sad passing. For many years, his grief is held with pain thats ever lasting. I can relate to his dad and the sadness he must of felt. With the life he did have, an awful card was dealt. This resonates with thousands of those who experience the cold heart fate. For those that don't speak up in time and realise it's too late. Its a message to those suffering in silence and to scared to talk at all. It takes alot to open up and keep on standing tall. We must remember to be there for those that need a place to go. A place to express how they feel and that its ok for them to show. It's vital we speak and know that there are people that care. Knowing they are not a burden in any way and it's ok to share. I hope those that are suffering now, see this poem and know that someone is there for you night and day knowing you feel so low. Don't feel all alone, and make your voice heard now. Before it's too late and family are asking where, why and how? Family and friends will always suffer if you don't speak up and tell. As all they want is to show there love and keep you safe and well. Reflect on these words and find the faith to know you are loved and cared for. You never know your experiences could help another and save a life as your feelings were also sore. Change can happen for the better and turn your life around. Just remember, you need to speak up and make sure your voice is found. Maryanne
