Poem
THE FARMER A young man went out and bought him a farm. Paid a million dollars a leg and an arm.(Don’t know who’s) He bought him some chickens and let them lay eggs. When they quit laying he had extra crispy breast and legs. He had extra money and a few cows he could buy. Then he would milk them till the cows went dry. Then he would turn them into t-bones or ribeyes Take them to the country store for people to buy. He worked his cows and chickens and plowed his field Working and saving his money an empire he would build. Then one day he noticed something very strange. He knew something wasn’t right at his home on the range. The cows and the chickens they had an evil look He started to sweat and then sat down and shook. Then something happened and he felt a little guilt The cow he was milking was giving buttermilk Then the chickens began to claw him and peck at his guts The cow he was milking kicked him in the n#@*& I know this poem really don’t make no sense Maybe the farmer shouldn’t have jumped over the fence He should have went through the gate and left it ajar Then he could run through it and made it to his car Marty West
