He caresses my heart and soul each morning
When the sunlight reflects across the dawn
Reaching into my thoughts with a blessing
Gifting me with joy, serenity and acceptance
Reminding me that His love is always with me

He kisses me softly with each whisper of hope
Breaking through the darkness of fear and deceit
Worries and struggles that always discourage me
Yet remind me that I’m given grace by the One
Who leads and guides me through the storms

He touches my spirit with every new dream
Freeing me of feelings that discourage and shame
Leaving me assured that I have what it takes
To reach toward the endless visions of happiness
Wishes for inspiration and insight into compassion

He reaches into my life with a gentle hand of love
Freeing me from harm that might come when I drift
Into fear, pain and dread, feelings that discourage
Dishearten my hope for better moments, happier days
Light that softens the blows which come from sorrow

He whispers joy into my soul when I allow Him to grow
Bigger inside of me, where He longs to show me that
I have the answers to all my hopes and dreams, the faith
To give back to this world all the inspiration and grace
That He has blessed me with and given to last eternally

He paints the moments in hues of sweetest inspiration
A muse filled with gladness, excitement and exhilaration
The assurance that love this wise and strong and freeing
Will console my heart and soul through any amount of
Discouragement or depression, feelings that dare to pain me

He creates precious faith in me that breathes hope through
My heart and soul, into the center of my desires for a love
That brightens the morning and reaches through the night
To light up the sky with moon and starlight which glow through
My heart like a dance filled with vibrant rhythms which electrify

He is the One who makes my life worthwhile, brings me peace
Which enlightens my thoughts with promises of tomorrows
Filled with beauty, stunning inspirations and brilliant shades
Every color of the rainbow playing softly through my soul
Filing me up with reasons to grow and know… God is Love
