"The Forgotten Legion of Rose Thorns" Reversing roll calls the Anti-Hero jumps through burning hoops instinctively bathed in the magnum glow designed to fire cartridges with a kick like a field gun a bloody victory is eventually won lacking conventionality novel and picaresque placing bad apples and heads on walls for trophies with firm propensity no less are the soft that speak with gentle hands imprinting the air with forgotten signum crucis and rose petals invisible not seen by scornful unwatching eyes; On the other side - minions are quietly called and gathered close within each of them they are whispering souls who think they are forgotten through dreams downtrodden – yet inside, inside their hearts burning, blooms the romantic potential of a legion army; Another kind of war, notes from the underground like Fyodor’s letters from a sorry misunderstood underworld far removed from soulless novice exists a bitter-sweet existentialist Hell-bent on treatisement That sad furnace is now left torchless and frozen; for all the Cinderellas - good girls never arrive first. Heroes fall like confetti, common like store bought cultivated Valentines guilty through lack of sin The sharp black thorns on each tall Rose stem are used to great advantage the piercing pain releases the fire-fueled anti-hero within constantly evolving, ignorance transmutes to a position of power through hard earned knowledge what follows is noble blood-borne strength shedding the gormless brown leaves of a gravely mistaken justice marking the closed walls of an unwatched mindful cell counting, counting, counting... the number of days - where vain dreams of old are put to the test and like a whore glorious stories written on walls are sold for dust never Gold A tried and True Anti-hero Potentate Warrior woman Girl child Never the Victim. No, never the victim (full stop). Noble ignoble Perfect imperfect Majesty brings forth to walk beside her All the forgotten arrows Inside them all bell-ringing rebels with hidden powers fire breathing anti-heroes The Forgotten Legion of Rose Thorn Queens Today is here and Now Glorious majesties Woman of Tomorrow messages written messages seen powerful seeds scattered and sown from the place of strength (LadyLabyrinth / 2020) gvlm - llb LJB-llb-klb-mlb ak-io-to "There's a Hero in You" / Fleurie https://youtu.be/0O3cts9uPLc "There's something in the shadows Cuts you like an arrow Shifting through the dark Your strength is in your weakness There's fire in your blood Hanging from that hope" "In the Shadows"/ Amy Stroup https://youtu.be/TynHJ0_amDY "I AM... a Woman, with thoughts and questions and sh*t to say. I say if I'm beautiful. I say if I'm strong. You will not determine my story - I Will." “There is a stubbornness about me that can never bear to be frightened at the will of others. My courage always rises at every attempt to intimidate me.” “The thing women have yet to learn is nobody gives you power. You just take it.” "I am a strong woman, I don't sit around feeling sorry for myself, nor will I ever let anyone mistreat me again. I don't respond to people who dictate to me or try to bring me down. I am a survivor, not a victim. I am in control of my life and there is nothing I can't achieve." Hannah Clarke - Brisbane, Australia 2020.
