Broken windows and broken bones
He has a gun 
Protecting what is rightfully his 
Watch your back 
Nothing makes sense 
Black or Blue?

Logic and sense is nowhere to be found
Protectors walk around
With blood dripping from their heads 
Because demons wander this world 
Looking for souls to take 
Believing they will win the fight
That has already been won 
Pick your side 
Where do you belong? 
It has nothing to do
With the choices we’ve been given
It’s about a love that is unconditional 
Or a broken ambition
The end is coming 
Hold your life dear, or let it go
Grasp tightly and break the skin
