When times get tough and you feel like giving up it's a constant fight in your mind and you feel like you've had enough your head are saying one thing but your heart is telling you another it feels like you're stuck in one place and your being smothered sometimes you feel like you have no idea what to do no matter what you try you can never break through it feels like you are on a tight rope high in the air and it's hard to breathe and have no oxygen to spare  You are fighting with yourself on the inside day after day trying to figure out how to make things easier in a different way you feel like you've done how you can do struggling with the demons inside of you who are constantly making you feel like you are worthless and you find yourself asking the question is this worth it they want you to feel like you are not enough that your armor isn't as tough bringing you down from the inside out making you feel like running water from a spout matter what they tell you in your head no matter what things have been said remember you are beautiful inside and out and that there should never be any doubt because life has its share of up's and down's and you should always be able to stand your ground no matter what obstacles you will face remember there is always a time and place for you to fight in for you to be calm a time for you to be right and a time for you to be wrong always stay positive and always be strong for you are who you are and you will always belong You may get hurt along the way but no matter what the Sun will shine another day you will be times that you cry and it pours out like rain but time will always heal heartache and pain in this world we all have a purpose sometimes it will feel like you are in the circus constant chaos and everything out of place things being thrown at you and you have makeyou feel like you're a tiger locked in a cage next thing you know you are in the spotlight on stage time to shine and show what you've learned time to show everyone your place that you earned stand up for who you are as a person with confidence and assertion let the world know who they are speaking to let them know that there is no other you your mind is a battlefield that can be won it's time to overcome those demons and say "No More I'm Done!"
