I challenge you to get in formation and chase your greatness.


I challenge you to ignite your fire of unquenchable passion. A passion where your skills, have no choice but to demonstrate themselves before mighty men and women, junior and Senior Leaders alike. 


I challenge you to get back into formation and rediscover your internal self-discipline by seeking continuous self-development while studying both bad and good leaders. Humbling yourself to learn to follow before you can effectively lead. 


I challenge you, when a person ask you your destination in life. Your response is not one girded in safety such as a job or military or civilian pensions. A response of the only destination that matters is happiness within yourself.


I challenge you to be more than a representation of an iconic symbol, but be a symbol of life to inspire others. 


I challenge you to get back into formation and not just talk about your dreams, but write them down and execute your assigned mission. 


I challenge you to seek your identity out and not focus on the identity the world wants you to be.


I challenge you to provide an essential Ora, where mediocrity feels uncomfortable in your presence. 


I challenge you to conduct open rank inspections on the people who surround you on a daily basis. Ensuring each person in your life is align with the mission of continuous improvement of life.


I challenge you to learn and understand the concept of a formation, which are purpose driven, legacy focused, outcome oriented, goal driven, and action aligned.
