"And I will send a fire against MaGog, and among them who dwell carelessly in the isles. Ezekiel 39:06. ***The unknown inhabitants and nations of the world. During the Old Testament time periods were referred to as isles. The word carelessly can mean with careless indifference. MaGog means Russia. And they shall know that I am the Lord." I will turn you (Russia) back and leave but one-sixth part of you. And I will cause you to come from the northern parts (of your nation) and I will bring you into the mountains of Israel." Ezekiel 39:2 In verse one God tells the Russian leaders he is going to make them want to invade Israel. Using the Russian allegiance as an example to the rest of the world. In chapter 38:19-22, "For in my jealously and the power of my wrath, I have spoken. Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel. (a great earthquake) So that the fish of the sea, and the fowls of the heavens, and the beasts of the field and (creeping things that crawl upon the earth reptiles) (and all men who are alive at this time on the earth) shall shake at my presence.( I will cause a great globe earth quake) The mountains and all of the steep places (high hills etc) shall fall down and every wall (habitations) shall fall to the ground. (The cities of the earth for example.) He explains how the swords of the Russian invaders are going to be turned against each other. "I will plead against him with pestilence (with blood, and with a over flowing rain upon him and great fire, hail and brimstone." To plead means to go against them and declare warfare. ( Pestilence means plague for instance COVID-19) Ezekiel 38:22. He will use these judgement to magnify himself "In the eyes of many nations." Ezekiel 38:23 and they shall now that I am the Lord." He means an eye-witness of many nations.) This verse does not include all of the nations, just the vast majority of them. People of the western world are currently dwelling in careless indifference. Going so far as to deny his current existence. In order for them not to be held accountable to God for their actions on earth. Roxanne Lea Dubarry 7/17/20 "You (Russia) shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, you and all your bands (Communists and Muslim nations); and all of the people who are with you...You shall fall upon an open field." Ezekiel 39:4, 5. There are many disasters mentioned: predictor birds, and the beats of the field are mentioned in Ezekiel 39:4.
