The wonderful world of inspirational writing includes both prose and poetry. Resulting in creative writing for both poet and writer. It also covers religious and spiritual poetry and prose. Take the holy bible's Old and New Testament. A Holy God wanted a way to communicate with his people. In a format they could relate to. At first he used rods to record the genealogy of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. The Jewish patriarchs! And later on the Christian faith but God did not use angels as scribes! Many people believe Allah and Jehovah are the same God. Their holy book is the Koran. And they recognize Jesus as a prophet, not as God! Allah never had a son. He never had a holy spirit. They claim the angel Gabriel gave Mohammad his revelations in a cave. Jehovah acknowledges his son and his holy spirit equals. the Holy Trinity. One God manifesting himself into three persons. The Jewish orthodox religious leaders do not recognize Jesus Christ as their Messiah; or the second person of the Trinity. But Muslims add Ishmael replacing Issac as Abraham's first born son. They also add Allah to be their God and Mohammad to be their prophet. The Christians use John the Baptist, to be their prophet. The forerunner of the Messiah Jesus! The Jews use both Abraham and Moses to be the establishments of their faith. Christians also incorporate these faithful and righteous men. The Jews rely upon the Torah, the first five old testament books of the Bible. Written by their prophetic law giver Moses. The Jewish religious leaders of Jesus' time period. Claimed to be followers of Moses. They also relied upon the law and the prophets. They called him rabbi not God! I had a Jewish rabbi tell me, "The Old Testament of the holy Bible is for the Jews. The New Testament of the holy Bible is for the Christians." And I replied both the Jews and the Christians rely upon the Old Testament..." And the rabbi agreed with me! God basically treated both the Old Testament and New Testament writers as scribes. A scribe is a transcriber of legal documents and religious documents. They frequently added their own interpretations of words and phrases. God knew and allowed this to happen. God is the source and the author of his holy words. God never wrote a book for his chosen people with his own hands; he used human ones instead. He used creative writing throughout his holy Bible. The best selling book of all time throughout all the generations of human history!
