1.Take three deep breaths close your eyes aloud acknowledge God
2.Donate money to a coronavirus charity
3. Write a song and record it for you, your and friends
4. Have a video conference with a family member
5. Write to a politician who may be able to improve things for you
6. Have a water fight with your family
7. Take a slow walk around your yard and then to your nearest park
8. Campaign for human rights
9. Even in your physical/mental pains tell ALL family members you love them their forgiven
10. Make your certificates to give to your family your close friends
11. In the cool of the morning/evening, read a book outside.
12. Host an Outdoors dinner party for your family
13. Create a scrapbook of positive news stories
14. Build a town out of things you have around
15. Write a poem, just write, just write,  just write
16, Placements signs in your front yard "Breathe, I Love U" 
17. Write You Are Well Cards, How are You Cards, ANYTHING I can do for you Cards distribute to your neighbours 
18.Go to your back yard in cool of the morn/evening lay on your back look unto the heavens(not the sun) listen, breathe, enjoy nature whispers. Feel God's warmth. Be still, Instill peace Wait on the calm (even in this present storm) TELL YOURSELF YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD. Acknowledge yourself you are the best repentant state join in Angel's nature sings in the very present state your in inhale/exhale be still you-re in His will, His love this you are God's breathe and it doesn't belong to that pandemic mistress coronavirus
