CHILDHOOD SWINGING BY

An empty swing sits there in my backyard,
Reminding of those sweet old childhood days,
When we used to take turns to swing so hard,
When we touched the sky with our toes upraise,

We flew with the birds on that wooden wing,

With our wiggling legs we would get that start,

We grew up on that swing in my backyard,

How we enjoyed our pure childhood unbarred!
