Conclusive is the board meeting by death’s merchants in Wuhan
the planet is rich, now placed in a temporary ban.
Grey hair is condemned in the statistics of Italy,
a sudden hit and the world is terrified vividly.
A brother’s keeper, a brother’s sufferer, succumbs Spain,
humanity amputated and its skin increasingly stained.
Non-sleeping streets, the wilderness now noisier than London,
the butterflies on every flower have disappeared and long gone.
Blood has made unholy, the sacred grounds of New York,
hades grabs again and again, this is worse than bad luck.
The terrible phone call is received late in Africa
a demise is here, having more ammunition than cholera.
The constipated grave is still overfed by its undertaker,
desperate hearts, fearful minds in search of our maker.
In the solar system, the sun has been replaced by death,
the human is sanctioned, of all the departments of the Earth.
The waters flow across distant borders, announcing this crisis,
we won’t let the fallen be the only emphasis.
A particle the size of nothing, gives life much misery,
damages accepted, but this will yet be another victory.
