Angry because I gave in to temptation
Crying because I can’t stand my frustration 
Happy because I shattered the habit of shame
Unhappy because I’m still the one to blame
Tattered and torn by you while my fretful flame
Remains untame, so don’t play me like a game

I’m dealing with horrid anxiety on a high level
I’m dealing with the many thoughts of the devil
I’m revealing my happiness instead
Of this guiltiness and utter dread

I want to try to relax, for I’m extremely uncomfortable
I have to face reality and its facts

I have to stop negativity in its tracks

I’m insecure and bewildered as well as lost From deep within
Put me at ease please, for I can’t afford the cost
