I wake up, tell myself it's all in my head
So many things I try to defend
But I always come back to,
How selfish you were in the end
Time-wasted
Memories-forced to become outdated
The wounds I have now, turned into scars
Permanent
Now I'm questioning how is it I got this far
Words said, actions done
Still trying to understand, analyze
The size
Of the bag of lies .. spoken
Now a part of me is left broken
Picking up the pieces 
Putting it on the shelf
Unsure of how to mend myself
While you're at work
Giving yourself to another
Not even a bother
Of what was left behind
So I'm back at square one
Filling blank pages with jumbled thoughts 
Crying in the middle of the night
Images in my head
Carrying you permanently on my right shoulder
I will never regret you 
You'll always be a part of everything I do
On my heart like a tattoo
I'll always love you
