Rearrange your words so that you’re only telling me lies, I don’t want to hear the truth, can’t you just don a disguise?

Don’t tell me that if things were different, we could have been, instead be with me and be happy for the rest of your life instead of having to play pretend
Don’t tell me that you’ll never forget me, instead be here so that you don’t have to, don’t tell me that you could never hate me, instead love me the way that you want to

Don’t tell me goodbye, please don’t let those words be the last that you say, instead tell me that you love me forever and always, and that you’ll see me soon one day.
